Ways to naturally induce?
Hey ladies, I'm 4 cm dilated and over 50% effaced and I'm looking for ways to induce labor! I know all the common ones, sex, castor oil, spicy foods, exercise. I was wondering if anyone knew of some other good one?
Sex with your partner, walking 20-30 mins a day, Primrose Oil <--Google it, it works well, or 10-15 squats in the morning and at night. DO NOT USE CASTOR OIL. It's not good for you or the bby.
