I tried walking but i have that round ligament pain when i try to walk a long distance.. kinda gave up on that. I hope i dont gain much more, My midwife said only a lb a week from here on out, but ive gained more. I think im going to have to take it easy, i havent really been watching what i eat, but i do make a point each day to eat all my food groups. I just feel like ive really blown up, feel so unattractive! Im really going to crack down these last 4 weeks. thanks guys!:)

I lost weight in my last month of pregnancy, you really shouldn't gain much more at this point. I agree with walking and eating well, plus walking will help move baby on its way :)

If you're eating a healthy diet, I'd say don't worry too much about it. If you're eating a lot of fast food or restaurant food,  or prepackaged meals, I'd say to try to switch some of that out with fresh foods like veggies and fruits plus homecooked meals so that you can control what goes in your body better. The cleaner you eat, the healthier your weight gain will be.  Plus, remember that you aren't really "eating for two", all you really need is 300 extra daily calories to promote a healthy baby.

I go on 40 minute walks almost every night. I've gained 6 pounds.  Hoping I don't blow up at the very end. Just about 6 weeks left before I get induced.
