I'm 25 weeks tomorrow, and have already gained 35 lbs, which doesn't sound so bad, but when I found out I was pregnant, I was in the middle of weight loss and was already overweight.(I had just finished losing over 90 lbs!) I was wondering if anybody had any tips on how to not over gain weight? I'm already 10 lbs over what they wanted me to gain. I don't eat fast food, I only drink water and juice, and I eat as healthy as possible, exercise daily and can't figure out why I'm still gaining so quick. It's super frustrating, and I don't want an unhealthy pregnancy. Any ideas?
