Does anyone else experience this?

Every time I shower or take a bath I get so light headed. I even tried taking a cool shower, hardly any hot water at all. I can't even wash my hair without feeling like I need to lay down lol. I'm 34 weeks, gonna talk to my doctor about it on Wednesday but just wondered if I'm not alone? I use to love showers :(

I Thought It Was The Steam From The Shower That Makes Me Light Headed , Because Once I Started Cold Showers With No Steam I Was Fine , Just Miss Hot Showers !

I'll try to get a sower chair. My shower is economy size so it's very small but I think has room for a stool in it. That might help when I try to shave my legs to. Bending over is a definite no go because it always makes me feel worse. My BP is fine too, maybe it's just all the extra weight I'm carrying now that baby is bigger thanks for thee responses makes me feel better

Yes i have this as well i feel like ima faint i even started seeing lik lights one time and i do panic it started around 33weeks im 38 now

Ill be 38 weeks tomorrow and still get that way sometimes. I always have a class of water and the fan on but sometimes that doesnt even help

I was the same during my 2nd trimester.
I'd get dizzy and just wanna end the shower.
It went away at my 30th-ish weeks.

Yes I was the same in my final trimester with my son. My mum bought my a little plastic stool so I could sit down in the shower. It was pretty funny but it did help.
