spot bleeding, first pregnancy.

So I'm 22, and im six weeks and two days. I found out I was pregnant on the 14. I'm very excited but scared. I found out I was pregnant because I missed my period over a month ago and saw light light bleeding on the 14th, I thought it was my period but blood was pretty dar, and stopped. I talked to my mom and that night I took two test both said positive. That night I went to the ER because I still was spotting dark blood..my baby has a heart beat but they can't tell me why Im bleeding. I worked as lowes and had to lift a lot so maybe that caused it ? I didn't bleed all day on the 15th. BUT, yesterday I had to do laundry and later last night I began to spot bleed. I wore a tampon over night and this morning it was clean. I am very concerned..

I've posted my story about this before so I apologize if anyone is like "ya we know! " haha but I bled my entire first trimester which is mainly why I didn't know I was pregnant until 10 weeks(I am 28 weeks now) my doctor told me it could be so many different things as to why I was spotting. I was teaching preschool at the time which is physically demanding but my doctor also told me something that helped me calm down a little that if I was having a miscarriage, going on with my regular life wasn't going to prevent it from happening,  if my pregnancy wasn't meant to happen then it won't. Of course I took it easy on lifting and doing different things.  I probably called the nurse line 5 times within the first 3 weeks of knowing I was pregnant because I even had slight cramping ( but when you're worried of course in your mind you always think the worst! )

Idk if wearing a tampon is safe at all during pregnancy...i was told by my doc not to wear one...pads only. And you should let your job know your pregnant and cnt do so much lifting. If the doctor's checked baby and everything is good with baby then i wouldn't worry too much...Some ppl just bleed like tht. But if the doctors didn't give you a reason to worry just try not to. If you just cnt seem to calm yourself go back into the ER or make an appt with your doc.
