Weight gain worried

I'm worried I'm picking up weight too quickly.  I am now 20w3d.i managed to control it till a certain extent,  I find that it does down and then speeds up again. Might be imagining it. But how much is normal. I work in kgs here.  Gained about 7kgs already,  is this bad? I do try and eat my healthy smaller means in between as you stay hungry. How much fun you pick  up,? I was a Lil overweight to start off with,  so going to have a looooot to lose.

Thanks so much for your input. Yes definitely going to plan on losing more and get back to my weight I was when I just got out of school a few years ago. But I guess we will take it as being healthy when we pick up weight. I see I'm picking up about 0.5kg per week now. Which probably means the Lil man is growing rapidly.

It usually depends on your weight before pregnancy. I started at 170 lbs (I'm 5'4") and my OB said I should gain 15-25 lbs. I'm 30 weeks and I've already gained 25 lbs lol it is totally normal to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy, it's just important to work on losing it once the baby is born (if that's what you plan on doing). You'll probably lose it faster if you breastfeed.
