has this happened to any one else

Hi I had my little girl nearly 3weeks ago an I had a vaginal birth everything went great I only got a graze an was up walking after an hour of having her. I have 2 questions I would like 2 ask advice about first 1, my clitoras seems to have split on the hood it was painful at first but its healed now an is ok but you can clearly see it has torn. I hadn't noticed this til the swelling had gone down an had a proper look my self and I asked my boyfriend who said yeah it has spilt. I still have feelings in my clitoras which im grateful for but im just wondering if it has happened to other woman out there plus has any one had work done to correct it. Also I did kegal exercises every day
