Thank you everyone. All of your feedback made me feel better. I have been eating healthier snacks and cut out soda as well so I think that could be it. I eat when I am hungry and I told my doctor that. It's hard to eat and gain the proper amount when you're not hungry.

I Am 24 weeks, at my 23 weeks I had only gained 2 lbs total, since I'm already heavy the Dr told me it's ok as long as I'm eating right

I'm the same way I'm 27 weeks and havent gained a pound, my doctor said as long as I'm eating when I'm hungry and not losing weight he's not worried. He said there are some "lucky" women who deliver healthy babies and weigh less than when they got pregnant lol. I was actually looking forward to having a big belly too

I'm 32+4 and have gained 4-6 pounds.  You don't need to gain a lot of weight for a healthy baby.
Just eat when you're hungry .. stop when you're full and take your vitamins. If the doctor is concerned,  they'll let you know
