I'll usually will have not a small bowl but kinda medium bowl of my favorite cereal, wheat bread toasted with some peanut butter on it and a banana and a glass of milk!!! It fills me up and has lots of protein
I've been eating a lot of fruit yogurt and granola for snacks. I can't get enough lately. And I buy the steamfresh veggies in the freezer section to eat as sides with meals. In the beginning I honestly ate whatever I wanted. But I guess I'm lucky now cuz all I want is fruit and veggies. I also make mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatos alot, its delicious.
