pain and pressure

Have any of you ladies felt any pressure I'm barely 21 weeks and I can feel pressure like the baby is trying to get out and it hurts also I feel as if my tummy is really heavy rite in front I've tried moving baby eating drinking a lot of water and laying down in every position I stood up nothing is helping it just gets worse when I try and goes back to its regular pain for 2 strait hours now... my first was born 36 weeks so premature what are the chances that the same could happen because I feel like he is ready to get out now

I'd go get checked Bc that is one sign of premature labor
