Weight loss

I am a thick girl. Pre pregnancy weight of 236. Since I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks I have lost 7lbs. I have been eating healthier and not half as much as I use to. My appetite has changed. I'm 13 and 4 today and still not showing. Has anyone else lost weight with there pregnancy?
