My mother in law had ppd after my husband who was her first she had it for almost 2 years cause she didn't get help she then got pregnant with my brother in law and she didn't have it after him so hopefully you won't have it this time

I hope so I was so stressed before I keep a diary nown talk to vclose n cry if needed holding it all in is not good I'm also active this time walks help calm n clear my head thank you n good luck to u as well as

Im sorry to hear that.I felt the same didn't know I had it until I was told I did. Glad to hear that you're in a better place now tho. I try to stay positive about it hoping afterwards it won't get bad. Maybe it'll be better for you this time to since you're in a better state this time around.

Mine was bad I didnt know I had it  I got help when my son was 15mons old I was miserable it put a stra ion n on my marriage I wasnt myself I was put on meds for a year m did therapy.  I was so terrified to be pg again for fear od get it again . Im content this time because the situation is different  cut off negative ppl including family got married move out of my parents I still struggle with  bonding with my son it is a lot better tho

If you don't mind me asking, was you're ppd really bad the first time? This is my 2nd child as well but I don't really remember if mines was really bad. I know I had it for a long time tho. My bf says it was in the middle. So I'm hoping its better this time.
