I'm just wondering has anyone else lose a lot of weight in the first trimester I lost 12 pounds in my first trimester and not at 13 weeks I don't have an appetite at all lately should I be concerned about not gaining weight?

I lost 10 pounds in my first trimester, now at 24 weeks I've regained that and gained my first 5 pounds this month.  Both me and my baby are healthy and doing just fine. I had a loss of appetite for a while but it starts picking up, I still don't like being full but I do like to snack multiple times a day :)

I lost 15 lbs my first pregnancy and didn't start gaining again until 18/19weeks. With this pregnancy I lost 12lbs. I'm 35weeks now and I've only gained 8lbs. Unless your doctor gets worried I wouldn't worry about it. It's normal with pregnancy due to hormones, nausea, and fatigue. Just eat what you can and when you feel the need to eat. I ate whatever I was craving the first trimester because I hardly ate at all. Keep hydrated for sure and take your vitamins and you both should be fine. :)

I didn't lose weight but I've only gained 1.5lbs at my 20 week appt. I was on progesterone and it made me sick, then I got every flu and virus this season so I've been ill with no appetite. Dr said it's not great but not to worry. I've been drinking pediasure to help
