This is also happening with me, I don't know if I'm prego tho, I havent taken a test. But I am very thirsty and dry mouth. Also super bad heart burn. The past 2 days I haven't slept very good even tho I'm tired but because I get the cold and hot flashes it's been difficult.
hi there, i also had dizzy/near fainting spells and hot and cold flashes over the first few weeks. i've also had heart palpitations (later on, in my 3rd trimester with my 1st pregnancy). you can check your blood pressure and drink gatorade and make sure you have enough salt in your diet if low blood pressure is the issue. i found the near fainting spells went away on their own though.
It definitely can be....I've been having heart racing and heart palps and sweats and flashes....your hormones are starting to rage...just a few more weeks and they'll settle down Linz :-). but if your heart races too much or you feel like you might have a fever I'd say call the doc.
I had a heart monitor with my second pregnancy as well as an echo and all was completely normal that was in february 2011. I guess I am just freaking out that something could be wrong with me. I am a worrier and suffer from anxiety so it's probably juat me blowing things outta proportion.
I think it is normal. I did not have it first pregnancy so when it started happening the second full term one I freaked out and called my sister. She informed me she had it too and my step sister is having it now(all tests came back normal). Mine started pretty early on with dizzy spells which went away around 26weeks. I had it before getting pregnant and it stopped for a long time then started again so I asked the doc around 13weeks. I saw a cardiologist and everything came back normal and then it stopped again. The hot and cold spells never stopped. I still wake up way to hot or way to cold. I was told it had something to do with excess in blood flow(I can't remember exactly what they said it was). You should tell your doctor just incase, he or she might recommend a heart monitor for a short time just to be sure its nothing to worry about. Hope this helps.
