discharge question (sorry TMI)

Hi, i have a quick question and i apologise if it is too much info, but i was just wondering about ovulation disgharge.  I know it is supposed to turn like egg whites and you should be able to stretch it between your finders for 2cm but since my miscarriage my period may have changed and i am not sure when i am supposed to ovulate.  I am using a kit but also having sex every second day just in case the kit isn't working.  This is my question how do you know the difference beteween ovulation discharge and the sperm that keeps coming out.  I usually have a shower after or go to the toilet but it still seems to keep leaking out every so often and i am not sure which it is in my undies.  Sorry really gross. Any ideas

Thanks for your reponses.  We usually try to have sex just before we go to sleep so that i have all night to lie down afterwards (even use a pillow under my but to help the little swimmers).  It is when i get up in the morning that i have the shower and go to the toilet.  Thanks though that was a great tip.

I know the two can be confusing and I would not be able to tell the difference so I would use the ovulation predictor kit and rely on that to tell you the best days to concieve your little one:) Also I am not sure how much of a fact this is but i have heard its good to lay down for at least 15 minutes after sex and put your feet up, try to use the potty before sex and not after as the "deposit" will leak out. Anyways good luck....hope it all works out for you!
ps. as for your other post...i have heard sex every day if your hubbys sperm count is normal, sex every other day if hubby has a low sperm count.
