Progesterone results in

Progesterone level came back from yesterday at 17.7. Nurse said this was good!
What are your guys' thoughts on this??

matrika...thanks for the reassurance!! I woke up last night thinking "oh no" because I had this stabbing type of pain. Luckily it passed quickly. Not sure what all the intense pain is from but its few and far between and doesn't last long. But the af cramping is enough to make me a nervous wreck!

bio~ I cramped til I was 8 or 9 weeks along! :) Some days as bad as some really bad PMS cramps. I still get them occasionally but they let up around 8-10 weeks.

i didn't read all the comments, but honestly, your levels were good on Monday, especially considering you didn't get a bfp until Saturday.

I after I got my bfp I went for hcg blood test. this was a good 12 hours after my bfp, and my hcg came up 21. That means it was much less when I got my positive. So, if your levels were around 20 when you got your bfp, then the 48 on Monday was right on target.

As for progesterone, the levels fluctuate throughout the day. My levels ranged from 17 to 23 on the 5 draws I had at the beginning of the pregnancy. They were 17 at 6 weeks, and 23 at 4 weeks. I panicked, of course, and called back to ask if it was OK for the levels to drop down to 17 after being much higher. I was assured it was OK and normal, and due to normal daily fluctuations.

isn't it crazy that most women think they 0 by CD 15?? I always thought at the LATEST i O'd by CD 18. I never would have been pregnant if I had continued thinking that way b/c we almost never bd after the 18th day (just b/c that seems to be when we slow down hehe). Definitely God's will if this lil bean sticks.

oh yeah, and it's gotten that much darker in 3 days, not 4!

Well, i should say that the test line was the exact same red color as the control line. I'm going with my optimism for now! Is it normal for cramps to continue this long? I swear sometimes it feels like af has started (not enough to need a pain pill or anything just obvious cramping) and i'll check b/c i feel wet but it's just cm...

bio~ Your like Me. I O'd late, Like CD 20 or later (can't remember right now) and just BD'd for fun and caught the egg. lol. Your darkening test sounds promising. I'd say try not to stress on it too much, you have too many good signs right now!

Took a FRER just a min ago and the line is MUCH darker than it was on Saturday. Is this a good sign or would it just be normal since it's been 4 days? I'm taking it to be good since it was faint pink on sat and dark now! Just wanting some feedback if this may be an indication my levels are doubling.

thanks! ONly 24 more hours and I should know good (hopefully) news! I'm taking joy in the fact that a bfp showed up on a frer much more quickly than it did sat!

I took a FRER and it showed up immediately positive still! THe line isn't much darker but the fact that it showed IMMEDIATELY (as opposed to taking 30 to 60 seconds) makes me feel better about hcg still being in my system. PLUS i had already peed 30 minutes ago. eheheheh...so happy!!

is that fact that it's 17.7 mean that I should be further along than 13 dpo?  Or would that be consistent with 13 dpo?? I'm hoping that i O'd on the CD23 (7/16) which puts my hcg levels where they should be. But does p level contradict this??

thanks! just hope the hcg doubles by tomorrow. I'm thinkin about buying a preg test. Notsomuch to see if the line is darker but to reassure myself that I am in fact still pregnant

That number is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!  My doctor told me after 6 weeks they like it to be above 18!  You are almost there!  Way to go!

omg omg omg!! I'm so excited!!! THe nurse was really sweet and let me ask her a zillion questions and when I told her that I was testinig every day and didn't get a positive until sat she said that that made her more encouraged that my level was 48 on MOnday b/c that was consistent with being about 1 week along (meaning from O). heheheheh...i have hope ladies!!! I'm super excited and nervous. I wonder if my lack of symtpoms IS normal after all?? I haven't had any sleep for 4 days and am a nervous wreck but the fact that my nipples are sore now and they weren't 2 days ago also gives me hope!!

Still wanna know what you think about the progesterone levels.
