I'm 29 weeks today!  I have HORRIBLE heart burn... worse than ever.  This website is wrong about when the 3rd trimester starts.  I have been in my 3rd... according to my obgyn.  But this site says that it starts at 29 weeks.  Any way... I wake up at least twice a night to pee.  I have a hard time getting comfy at night... even with my pregnancy pillow.  I have swelling in my hands and CARPEL TUNNEL.  My hands hurt for most of the day.  An we can't forget Hemorrhoids!  I have been having restless leg syndrome too.  I have been wanting to eat every few hours now too.  I think thats about it.  Anita

I am 32 weeks - and started getting swollen ankles and heartburn. Sleeping is hard, back issues...and a growing belly. Like it feels bigger and bigger every day!

i agree with all above.  i am 36 weeks on monday and the 3rd trimester brought back awful heartburn, back aches, vomitting again, being very tired and carpel tunnel.  i am excited that i only have 4 weeks left give or take.

Hmm...lets see...can't sleep because of discomforts primarily in hips...increased peeing...started getting some cramping...pretty sure I've gotten braxton hicks-not painful but I can feel my stomach getting hard and tensing up...I'm either starving or stuffed...getting fuller faster now.

I had: *severe* heartburn, lower back pain, nausea after eating, inability to eat very much at meals, always thirsty, sleepiness, discomfort while trying to sleep, serious swelling in the feet/ankles and eventually my hands, CARPEL TUNNEL was really bad from week 36-41, frequent braxton hicks from around week 34 on, insane stretch marks that literally appear over night, and frequent peeing. Ohhh the joys!!! The last 10 weeks seemed to take forever but when youre holding your baby, it doesnt seem so bad. ;)

you said it all ! HEARTBURN is the thing ..
you will feel heavier especially after the 7th month depending on the size of your belly
back pain (killer at 8 and 9 months)
sleeping becomes soo hard for some people like me (you have to change position constantly)
trips to the bathroom are endless lol
you begin to swell i had to take my wedding ring off
most of all, it feels as though the baby is stronger than you ,,the movement is wow very strong the whole belly takes weird shapes at times and it can be annoying
the charming part comes when the baby drops loool thats another story ..walking is hard and you tend to walk weird ,..bathroom trips increase (yeah more than before) ,pressure pressure pressure ...you feel the baby is coming out of that place like any second  !

AM SURE NOT EVERYONE GT THESE SYMPTOMS BUT THEY ARE THE MOST COMMON THAT I PERSONALLY HAD AND STILL EXPERIENCING UNTIL NOW
am 37 and 4 days pregnant ......good luck and keep thinking that you are closer and closer everyday

1 THING THOUGH YOUR SOOO NOT DONE YET LOL !!
