My 2nd pregnancy was a blighted ovum, I had an early scan at 6+ weeks as I lost my first baby at 16 weeks and they were keeping an eye on me, at the first scan only the gest sac was seen, at the 2nd scan 2 weeks later when i should have been 8+ weeks, there was no development at all in the size of the gest sac, no yolk sac or hb detected either. You are still fairly early on though, there is hope yet!
Also my 4th pregnancy which was my first successful one, I was scanned at 6+ weeks and gest sac (although abnormal shape and 1mm than it should have been) and although the yolk sac were seen, I was told another blighted ovum and offered a d&c the next day...which I refused!  A week later at the re-scan my babys hb was detected. I wasn't as far along as I thought! My dd is 6 now.

Being that early it's very hard to see anything but the sac, sometimes you get lucky. Ive had 3 blighted ovums and I didn't have any signs. The one thing i did always notice was i wouldn't develop morning sickness, and if i did get any other pregnancy symptoms they would soon disappear or fade out. but it is also normal not to get symptoms til 6th week or later. Only reason I'd have it checked out is because of spotting around the 5th week that would turn to bleeding quickly. Each time the doctor did an ultrasound and levels check. A week later it was repeated to see any changes. There was always a significant drop in levels and no growth. After that i was monitored for another week just to be completely sure. i wish you the best. but dont worry just yet.
