What are the chances I am the babys father?

I had sex with a woman on May 22nd.  I used a durex extra safe condom (slightly thicker condom that contains extra lube) that did not split or break/slip etc.  However I left it at her place so I do not know whether she self inseminated with it or not.  She would have had access to it moments afterwards in the bathroom.

Anyway she is now pregnant and says I am the father.  Her due date is feb 11th which puts her predicted date of conception at May 21st.  It is close enough to put me in contention and makes me worried what she says is true that I am the father.  She is definately pregnant and telling the truth with the dates.

However, there is another guy in the frame, She even admitted at first that this guy was a possable father, she said well it can only be yours or this guys but the dates add up to be yours.

I know she was with him on the night of May 20th, she did not answer when I asked her if he used a condom.  I also know she was with the guy on other nights before this as well. (all due to detective work after finding her facebook).

Also she first revealed she was pregnant on May 31st, just 9 days after we had sex.  I am definately making her take a paternity test as I am not buying it that this child is mine.  What are peoples gut feelings?  I know there is a CHANCE it is mine but I cant help this guy is a big favourite.  I also have evidence she told this guy he was the father as well before she fell out with him.

No guarentees.. Paternity is the way but would def say it's the other guys. If her dates are exact n she was with him on 20th may have taken a day for sperm to get up n fertalise the egg. It does rake few hours so would say dates match him more. If date was couple if days after u then would think yours but scans can be out by few days! I thought I was due July 5 th but am 3 days bigger than thought so they saying July 2 nd. Don't delay get test done asap. Or she may mess wit your head.

In my opinion it would seem if she had unprotected sex with another man around the same time that you had protected sex with her it would be more likely that one of these men is the father of the baby...

it sounds to me like she isn't even sure herself who the father is and unless she did take the used condom and try and inject your sperm into herself I would say you are covered, and I think it would be pretty hard to self inseminate because if the sperm come into contact with oxygen they die pretty quickly..

You seem like a nice person and maybe she is trying to take advantage of that if the other people she had unprotected sex with don't want anything to do with the fact she is pregnant..

I would certainly not just take her word for it that the child is yours seeing as you know there are several other men in the picture.

Honestly, it doesn't sound likely to be yours if proper protection was used and it didn't fail. That being said, things do happen and they do have a failure rate. If she also told the other guy that he's the father, it would sound as though she's unsure and is just hoping one of you will step up and help to take care of the child.
