What can I eat

So I went to the doctor yesterday and I found out I was pregnant, the dr told me to eat healthy and I am curious as to what I can and what I can not have

No seafood or undercooked meat. You can eat fruits, veggies, and protein. The only seafood you can have a tiny bit of is tilapia because it's very low in mercury and carries Omega 3 vitamins which is good for the baby's brain development, and drink tons and tons of water.

Avoid eating under cooked meats and eggs. Also cold delli meats

The dr basically meant more fresh foods, salads homemade dinners. A well ballanced diet, not fast food and chips.

You don't need anymore calories yet but...switching out a donut fore  real fast with a bagel and cream cheese or yogurt and granola type of thing. Or having a salad for lunch vs chips and soda. And grabbing fruit as a snack vs junk food. Those type of healthy choices is all the dr meant. You don't have to stop eating all junk food just limit it.
