What causes this stomach pain ?

I'm 23 weeks and there is a sharp pain from my belly button down to the bottom of my stomach . Does anyone what causes this or how to ease the pain?

Its mostly the muscles stretching...that's what I've always been told

I've read that it could be a naval hernia or where my uterus is pushing against my stomach. But Idk if there is anything that will ease the pain because it hurts to breath out, It hurts to touch, it hurts to sit up, or lay down.

I'm 20w+5 and its been happening to me on and off all day
