after baby concerns

im 27 weeks pregnant...and before i was pregnant i weighed about 118 thin and fit. not ripped. but good thin shape. ive gained 19 pounds and im about 6.5 months pregnant. i feel huge but i know its just belly and butt growing. i dont look gross or anything just pregnant. but i hear of so many horror stories of women's bodies never looking the same after. looking worse..chunky etc. i tink every woman is gorgeous no matter how big or small...but i am concerned that ill look nasty after or itll take such a long time to get in shape depending on healing time. i want to hit gym everyday once im healed and get ripped so within a month or two people can be like omg u had a baby??? i want to feel even sexier than before i was pregnnt. being pregnant now has blessed me with hips. so thts pretty awesome. just concerned.

Yeah, I lost all of ny weight after 2-3 weeks of delivery, I breast pumped everyday for 2 weeks every couple of hours, that's what i think helped ne, cuz i didn't do any type of exercise, and then I only had a tiny pushed but my hubby thought i was sexy lol, my son was in the nicu for 3 weeks that's why I had the time to pump so much though.

My son is a little over two months old and before I got pregnant, I was 118, size 4 and very fit and a tight belly & etc. I gained 55 pounds during my pregnancy and now I'm 135, size 8 due to wide hips and a big butt, and I have a little baby pourch that drives me crazy but it's only noticeable to others when I wear a bathing suit. I want my tight belly back so hard, but nothing is helping. People can't believe that I had a baby two months ago so I guess I was one of the Lucky ones, hopefully you will be too!

I believe you aren't "allowed" to exercise until after your 6 week post pardum appointment. Can't remember correctly though. Before my first I was 98lbs and after her I averaged about 104lbs. Then I got pregnant again and now I'm at 102lbs. So even though I am a little heavier it suits me. Your body will never go back to being the same and you are going to notice same changes but you can get back in shape and look good. Eat a healthy diet and excercise is key to being in shape.

I lost all my weight within two weeks of having my son. Even though I lost all the weight, I still had my baby pouch that i could never slim down. It wasn't noticeable to other people, and people couldn't believe i just had a baby when we did our newborn photos. I was one of the lucky ones who didnt have to work it all off, some women struggle. A lot of women just complain about not loosing the baby weight, but they refuse to do any sort of exercise and still eat like they are eating for two 6 months after the baby is born.

Some women bounce back quickly, some don't. Depending on weight gain, and type of labor, you may see some changes. I was also average weight, gained normal amount during pregnancy, and had a c-section, now I have the extra "skin pouch" it's definitely variable. I lost all of my pre pregnancy weight by 2 weeks after from breastfeeding, it helped me a LOT! Make sure you don't overdo it, especially if you have a c-section, you can't do any strenuous exercise for 6 weeks. Good luck hun!
