What does it mean?!

I went to see mg midwife on Wednesday for my 38 week appointment and she said baby's head is 2/5 palpable. What does that mean? Also, I'm not scheduled to see her until my due date now (20th) and before I left she said 'don't have her over the weekend, I'm not at work but I'll see you next week'. Now I'm probably reading into it too much but do you think she meant anything by it? How much longer? I'm so ready for this baby, ftm btw :)

Mothers day in the UK is this weekend :) And 2/5 palpable means that she can only feel 2/5 of the head and 3/5 is in my pelvis :/ I just hope she hurries up, I'm so bored of being pregnant!

thats mesurment is how far engaged the baby is in ure pelvis . but u can have baby anytime between 38-42 weeks they give u 2.weeks each way . and mother day in scotland is march 10 x

Hey I saw my midwife this week also at 38+2 qnd she said babys head is 4/5th which I believe is what hey measure enhagment by. Baby has to be a full 5/5ths to be ready to come. Im gutted that nexttime I see her ill be overdue to. I wouldnt read into it but my midwife said similar to me about delivery and I think its cos were soo close now really it can happen at any point

Awwwww, well I know you are anxious but don't worry.  She will be here before you know it.  Rest while you can because there isn't much rest to be had w/ a newborn.  Seriously...do some things you enjoy.  Maybe get together w/ some girlfriends for lunch or a movie or something.  Just enjoy yourself as much as you can.

I wouldn't mind if she came over the weekend because then I can have a mothers day present so preferably before Sunday would be good :)

Well no one can say for sure when baby will come but just take it easy over the weekend and try not to do much.  Hopefully that will help baby NOT to come over the weekend :)
