What happens?

What if someone who has had an ectopic pregnancy that was removed via surgery (tube completely taken out) became pregnant only after one normal period?

There's nothing wrong with that.  I'm sure your doctor would want to make sure it's not another ectopic.  It just means that you ovulated and the egg was fertilized from the tube you have remaining.  Good luck to you!
