What helps induce labor
What helps induce labor besides castor oil? And how many people tryed this and was successful
Hi there, in noticing this question we are concerned. No one should induce labor without doctors consent or prior to their due date or being full term. Thank you.
I did it twice and it didn't help me at all I just felt really sick after.

What did you use castor oil?
Yes I used Castro oil and it didn't work. I was on my feet from 8am - 8pm literally just walking and the next day around noon I started having contractions. I think that's what did it for me.
So you had your baby the next day?
Squats worked for me did them and 4 hours later i lost my mucus plug and was in labor
