What is Aspirin not aloud during breast feeding ?
Basically i had my baby 3 weeks ago and i am breadth feeding . Today i took paracetamol which had Aspirin and caffeine in it .. I did read the warnings behind the box but didnt read the leaflet if i would be aloud during breast feeding and after taking the medicine i just relise this paracetamol has aspirin and after reading the leaflet , says do not take this medicine if bread feeding :(
What do i do now? Is it gna harm my baby or what?

When you are breast feeding, you basically have to avoid everything you did while pregnant, and aspirin is not good. I'm not sure how badly it will harm the baby though. I would call a doctor or the hospital and ask first.
