We all have bacteria in our bodys. Some just become active at some stage. If they do become active  then they show up on swabs. Example  strep b once it becomes active it pops up as positive.  However it does not mean that its active.  It could of been active a  while back. Its very common i have it aswell. U need antibiotics  before going into labor, as it usually can grow in the birth canal. But once antibiotics kick in the birth canal becomes sterile  so a is good. Dont worry and do not search google. I did and big mistake. All the best hun

That is a normal bacteria w. Us humans. But have to be given antibiotics cuz baby is vulnerable and can't handle things like that yet.
