What is going on 3 weeks late

i have been on birth control for 3 years know. lately i have not been taking in on time or i miss a day i am 3 weeks late and have had a lot of unprotected sex, i have had light spotting here and there for about 3 days know for the pass month i have been throwing up a little maybe 3 times and i am eating alot more what is going on??

birth control is only effective taken correctly i would go do a home test u could just have messed your cycle up missing days or u cud be pregnant gud luck!
