What is something nerdy you find yourself doing during this pregnancy?

For me, we just caught two mice in a "second chance" trap or something like that. And i had no idea one was male and one was female...I asked to keep them because their eyes were too cute! i put them in a cute home and made bedding and gave them proper food...then...i saw something....THE MOTHER IS IN THE MIDDLE OF GIVING BIRTH!! I called my sister who is a wild life rehabilitator and she told me what to do....i just checked up on it secretely and the mother is nursing her baby and i dropped in food them. I think its sooo beautiful to watch a creature give birth and be a mother! i know its nerdy but my excitement from all this has my baby in me moving all around!

and now here i am, typing this and feeling this child move and its making me more and more excited to see this baby! next monday (not this coming monday) i find out the gender! im soooo excited!!! :D

Be careful and do some research. I remember we watched that in science in highschool and the mom ate her babies :(

I had a hamster that was pregnant when I bought her.she had 16 babies and all of them survived....i think the moms sometimes eat them if they arent healthy or if she is in fear or nervous with so many distractions from us humans

there are 4 babies over all!!! and she is on top of them all keeping them warm! awwww im so proud of my little pet! :) what a good mommy!

You should be careful tho if you do keep them all. they multiply like crazy i had hamsters once then ended up with like 3 or 4 litters of babies. Lol and also it was sad because the mom something ate the babies for no reason.

gahhh! i just checked up on her and she has given birth to another baby!! when these babies are old enough (along with mom and dad) i shall release them into the wild! along with some extra food set out for them....or maybe ill keep them depending on how many there are and train them to be like house mice! :3 hehehe

Awww. That is sweet u didn't kill them I saved two mice from being fed to a snake by a friend of mine one time. I have to say they were just about my favorite animals I ever had just so cute.
