What should I do?

I removed my NuvaRing on January 9, had a period and then decided to ttc. Went to the dr on Jan 29 because of cramping/ heavy feeling uterus earlier in the week and it was determined that I had been ovulating. On Feb 4 I had some slight light brown spotting and cramping. The spotting went away but the occasional cramping has remained. My period was due today but it didn't come. When should I test? Other symptoms include lower back pain, nipples are tender, feel bloated, some dizziness, nausea when looking at or tasting some foods, can smell foods that make me feel sick. Could I be pregnant?

I removed the nuva ring Dec 31st and then got my first period Jan 5th found out I was pregnant Jan 31st. I would say that if you tested now it would most likely be accurate.
