What should I do?
I'm having an ultrasound tomorrow and I can find out if I'm having a girl or boy. Any advice on what i should do to have an active baby? Thanks ladies!
Mine said orange juice as well, but just in case I am going to bring some back up drinks with me such as soda and ice water.
I Didnt have to have a full bladder for mine but every doc is different. I don't see the point in it. I saw baby just fine.
@caitttt hmm maybe i should call my Dr and find out if there are any requirements of how much liquid i should be drinking. I didn't think of that. And yes maybe you should do Ice water and the orange juice!
I find out tomorrow too :) my instructions were to drink 40 ounces of fluid idk if I can drink that much sweet stuff! Should I drink water then drink orange juice before I go in?
Anything cold/sugary will work. Ice water, coffee, soda, any juices, chocolate.
Before my appointment for the gender scan, I'm going to eat sour cream and onion chips and drink cranberry juice. I may also take some sips of orange juice as well. I've noticed all 3 gets my baby going. :) Good luck and best wishes!

I ate an orange and drank ice cold water:)baby was just active enough to let us see his parts.
I've read peoples post on here about how they drank orange juice before getting the ultrasound done.
