What should I do!?

Okay this may sound confusing but I need answers!!! (This is my 1st pregnancy)
Im 7 weeks and 4 days! And up tell just 7 weeks I felt amazing! No morning sickness nothing! Well the day I turned 7 weeks I woke up and fell horrible, my stomach hurt and my throat and mouth had that feeling where I felt like I was fonna puke, but I never did.  Just gagged. Well I was all "it must just be morning sickness and im the lucky one who wont puke" well I havemt yet but the sick feeling lasted all day all night and the next 3 days then I finally called my doctor! And they gave me Zofran and Reglan.
Last night before bed I took the Zofran and when I woke up this morning I guess I felt a little better, I have more energy and ive actually ate more than one meal today. But my throat still has that gagging feeling and my stomach hurts but its like "im hungry" kimd of hurt but I literally have ate... toast this morning, and orange, 4 pickles (im obsessed), pancakes, eggs, and half of a ham and cheese sandwich and thats all between 8am-230. And usually I just eat a small breakfast a snack in between and a medium size lunch....
I know this may sound confusing, but should I eat everytime my stomach makes that hurting but growling type feeling?

As soon as I found out I was pregnant I immediately started eating Fresh Grapefruit. With my last pregnancy I ate Grapefruit as a part of my daily Diet before I found out. I wondered why I never got sick or had any heartburn.

Even now at 8 months, I eat a Grapefruit a day and I have yet to have Heartburn and I eat Spicy food daily.

Please try the Grapefruit Ladies, and you will never have to worry about Heartburn in the Future. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. ♥

I carry crackers and teddy graham with me. I am always eating and stinkin water. I'm the same way. I gag over ever thing. I'm ten weeks tomorrow. I eat cereal in the am and a banana. Not too heavy but enough. Then just snack. I don't eat a big lunch but a sandwich or salad helps me. Just don't eat junk. I've been like this for bout three weeks but it is starting to ease off. Just don't let your stomach "growl" at you like you are hungry. Hope this helps. Oh and it might be your prenatal take it with dinner. It helped me a lot. :)

You sound like me last pregnancy. I learned I needed to eat small frequent things and if not I would end up throwin up even on zofran bcause my stomach would feel empty.
