The salads in the bag are not much diff then making them yourself, and if you do eat out lots try staying away from greasy foods cause thats how alot of woman get gullstones when pregnant and believe me you dnt want those lol.
Thank you guys!! I had no idea about the eating to much fruit thing, so that's good to know! And the salad you can buy in a bag, is that kind okay? Or do you just buy a thing of lettuce and chop it up??
Protien is super important to build a healthy placrnta. Meat, eggs (eggs are like, the perfect food!), nuts, cheese are all super good for you to eat. A simple meal of a fried hamburger patty with cheese lettuce tomato etc is easy and healthy. Whatever you can do to incorporate a good serving of protien into every meal, and of course veggies as previously suggested, you'll be doing well. Watch your sugar and carb intake and don't eat TOO much fruit. It's good for you but it IS high-carb/high sug so it shouldn't be a MAIN part of your diet.
Agree with other two posts drink plenty of water, granola bars are good too. It's okay to eat bbc.co other stuff too just be sure to get a good intake of veggies and fruits.
I'm a good cook. All you need to do is Google some good healthy foods for pregnant women you will find some easy recipes hope I helped :)
