Extremely tired the week before period was due, then sore boobs then the nausea set in

my first indication was actually my pierced nipple it just swelled like mad the week I was due my period, and this had never happened before, so two days later I did a pregnancy test. I slept a lot and was nauseous, still sleep during the day sometimes now
