With my daughter I went back after 3 weeks after havin a c.section I was a hair dresser so it was ok to bring her to my shop. But she stayed home. I worked full time and also was in school full time also. But she knew who I was and at first I felt bad but I got over it. With this baby im goin to take my 6 weeks due to my current job. And I plan on goin back to school also. But both my kids will know im mommy its is hard to do but it can b done
I went back to work when our daughter was 11 weeks old, and there is no question that she ever knew I am her mommy, or that my husband is her daddy. Even during her first year, before she was overly mobile and verbal, she would turn and smile when she heard either of us when we would pick her up from daycare.
Since we both work full-time, we have tried to structure our lives so that we spend as much time as possible together when we are not working, and my husband and I try to do things like limit our time at work. For example, I am a teacher and take a lot of grading home to do later at night, after her bedtime, and we bought a pull-along bike so we go bike riding with her rather than taking off to get our exercise.
6-8 weeks after both boys. Closer to 8 weeks because I had c sections with both. With my first I was a single mom, he is now 4 and he knows who Iam. Both of my boys know who mommy is, and I worked full time. (I'm not working right now due to my youngest being a special needs baby.)
I went back after four weeks with my son.... I worked full time, and he definitely knows who mommy is lol. I've always worked f/t, and he is such a mommas boy lol he's 3 now :-)
I went back to work when my daughter was 6w old and she knows who I am. With that said I only worked part time and her daddy stayed at home with her when I worked and vice versa.
