What's a way to stay full

What's the best thing to to stay full? I'm tired if cooking... I'm just so  exhausted ... But I'm always hungry...

Water! !!! Nd if you dont want to gain weight by eating too much snacks chew on ice or gum

another thing that helps me make it between meals is to make a slim fast shake. they are meant to replace meals so they have lots of protein and other nutrients. it helps me make it from lunch to dinner and then often I eat less at dinner because I'm still full!

Water water and more water. You can feel hungry when you're actually dehydrated too. Drink water and eat foods high in water like fruit.

Eat anything with fiber.  Fiber which you find in greens,  whole wheat products,  etc. keeps you full longer and also helps regulate bowel movements.

Try snacking on things I always keep nuts around and peanuts butter sandwiches or a banana milkshake
