19 weeks 3 days pregnant and still no movements??

hi all,
im worried because im almost 20 weeks and i still havent felt my son kick or anything...last time i has an u/s it was Feb. 12 and on the u/s the tech was showing me how he was kicking but i still coudnt feel anything..she said somenthing about my placenta being in front of him so when he kicks its pretty much cushined and thas why im not feeling it....im overweight too so she said i might be able to feel somenthing when im around 22 weeks??
Can this be a good sign? should i worry? this is my first time being pregnancy and im just paranoid!

i am 22wks and 3days...  and i barely feel my baby move either!  this is my 4th pregnancy and i'm not real big so i was worried about it, but my doc said not to be.  he just gave me the whole "every pregnancy is different" bit and said even at 22wks the baby still doesn't have a routine for movement.  i can feel very subtle movements recently, only at night and when i'm layig down (usually completely flat).  i know he'll start getting more rowdy soon...  guess i just have to wait a little longer than w/ my girls!!!

Both of my pregnancies the placenta was in the front, too, and I didn't feel them really moving until 22-24 weeks but very actively until 26 weeks.

If I laid on my sides in bed and pushed my fingers in deep, every now and then I'd feel baby brush against my fingers!!!!!!!!!!!! It made my heart do flip flops. I LOVED it! So try doing that tonight, after you drink/eat something!!!
