Scared to hear no heartbeat...

I have my 16 week checkup this Wednesday. For some reason the last couple days I've been afraid I won't hear the heartbeat... I don't want to stress myself out but if I begin to think about my appoitment I get scared. I don't know how to keep my mind off of it. I woke up a few nights ago to an extreme pelvic cramp that woke me out of my sleep but only last a few seconds and hasn't returned. Maybe that is one reason I'm so scared.

Pelvic pain is completely normal I've had it for months, hurts to walk, especially when sleeping, getting out of bed, rolling over, putting on pants. It's totally natural to worry I think we all do! I'm 33 weeks and still constantly worry about every thing lol
