It could be your own heart beat also.
I know you can with a stethoscope, but I'm sure you could hear the heartbeat (or at least the fluids) if the placenta isn't in the front of the uterus. :)
Hahaha, that's hillarious.
Well I hope I can hear mine..uhm.. i know, my head won't reach down there... i meant my boyfriend, i hope he can hear it.. lol :D
it would be neat
Now that I think of it....I remember when I was pregnant with my first, I was about 7 or 8 months along...and one of my younger sisters were trying to hear the heartbeat. She stuck her head down on my belly and my son kicked her....really hard! SO thats why it was never able to happen with me. Ppl were affraid of my kids kicking them! lol Just thought I would share that.
Like late in the pregnancy....with my pregnancies it was never able to happen. But I have heard of it happening.
I don't think you can, but then again I have never tried to listen to a baby's heartbeat through the moms belly.
yes my husband could always hear our kid i cant remember from what month but he would lissen to them every night before he went to sleep it was earlier with our first as i but a lot of weight on before my second
