is it ok

Is it ok for me to have one soda a day?  Im going to be 12weeks in three days. I don't drink soda all day maybe just one time a day.

Well u would drink a soda ocasionally but I would try not to. If you are gonna drink it than do it in moderation u need to watch your caffeine intake not only that but soda has a lot of sugar, so if u have coffee in the morning and then soda with your lunch that's already too much caffeine.  Talk to your doctor but I personally cut down on the soda I just have one with my meal when I'm really craving it

I would not drink energy drinks. It's alot of caffeine and chemicals. If you need a little boost something like mt. Dew (just one) is within the caffeine limits for a healthy pregnancy.

Someone told me if you drink energy drinks you can kill the baby is that true?

Ur ok to drink it I drink it everyday all day even coffee on some days baby may just want it once he/she gets older ur fine to drink it they just recommend u not to

My doctor said it's okay as long as it is in moderation. Sprite and pops like orange soda, grape, etc are fine as long as there isn't any caffeine in it.
