Hey ladies! I am 9 weeks pregnant, and I am experiencing alot of back pain, but where I work, I stand up all the time. Literally all the time.  When should I tell my boss about my pregnancy???

I also told my boss right away when I was working. I was on my feet all day too,you really do just have to tough it out. She wouldn't let me lift anything or do anything that could put a strain on baby but I still worked just as hard.

Usually right away. They cant fire. But those pains are common. I work at macys and still had to stand all day. Your boss might be nice and let u sit often but not likely. Gotta suck it up . Not trying to be rude or mean about it
