I worked up to 35 weeks with my first and I was full time retail manager this time i,m only part time and work for a charity but i,m still thinking off working up to 35 weeks, I just keep thinking the longer I can hold out the more time I will have with my little girl before going back to work x
I work full time in.a factory and its soo hard. Working 10 hr nights packing boxes. It *****
I'm in a similar boat
But I'm a veterinary technician, and my job demands a lot of physical activity. I have always been a hard worker, so taking it easy is difficult for me. Most women if they feel up to it work as long as they can. Talk to your superiors and husband and see if an early maternity leave is possible and doable. I personally for the sake of the baby am taking early leave in about a month or so and I'm only 15wk tomorrow.
I am 29+3 wks pregnant and still work full time.. ur body will tell u when u cant take it anymore. Don't push urself to the point of exhaustion.. everybody is different..
Its all up to you. During my first pregnancy I worked until 6 months doing waitressing and housekeeping at a retirement home. Now your limits. Sit down as much as you can, your students will understand. Drinks lots of water during the day because dehydration happens very easily. And try to eat lots of snacks during the day. Congrats on the pregnancy, you can do it :)
