I was a high risk pregnancy. But I was 4'10 103lbs... I gave birth to a 9lb baby and she broke my tailbone in delivery.
I had appts every week , had to be put on bed rest. The baby was fine healthy always had good appts. But it was me that was having a hard time with the pregnancy it hurt to walk , sit , sleep... I'm sure the baby's fine. The drs will let you know immediately if somethings wrong with the baby..

Normally it means your pregnancy  needs more attention such as frequently  having appt and ultrasound  sometimes medication. I have seen plenty and everyone has been fine. Pray and follow directions  you will be fine. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy  baby will will be beautiful
