Ups/Amazon while pregnant
I got hired to work at both jobs amazon and ups i believe i start amazon next week and ups tomorrow. Im only 5 weeks pregnant and just found out on the1st that i am pregnant. Has any one Worked at either one of these jobs while pregnant. I really need a job :(
I haven't, but depending on what you will be doing at the job, it's always best to let your employer know you are pregnant.
While a employer CANNOT turn you down for a position while expecting, but most jobs consider you to be a liability . Heavy lifting may have them place you somewhere else? Or be asked to come back after pregnancy.
I only know this because I have been through this WAY to many times with different employers.
