Will baby be ok?

Im 8 weeks and I just read that you aren't suppose to eat cold sandwich meat or soft cheese. Not to sound stupid but are they talking about lunch meat you can buy from Wal-Mart? Because I thought that was already cooked?? And what kind of cheese? I know the white cheese from Mexico but what other kinds? I've been eating sandwiches at least once everyday for the past two weeks...do you think it affected my baby??

I was told to heat the meat up before yu eat it cause the bacteria from the juice in the package grows well in cold temperatures & can cause harm to the fetus.. I just rinse my bologna off in warm water wen I don't feel like frying it

You can have sandwich meat I eat it quite often & my baby is fine im 14 weeks & ive read about other women on here eating sandwich meat too. You just have to make sure the cheese is pasteurized.

I literally just asked my doctor this & her exact response was yes you can eat it, but be aware of we're you're getting it from & not to buy any unnamed brand meat products.
