It isn't normal for baby to stop moving due to lack of room..
This really is outdated advise, please get checked out if you experience and reduced movements. Their movements will change from kicks to movements but you shouldn't feel a reduction in the amount they move. Chances are everything is fine but it's not worth taking that chance, as fetal movement is a really good indication if something is wrong.
You know what's normal for your own baby.

My daughter is the same. Consult your OB if you are super concerned. I freak out all day telling ny husband about how she hasn't moved. Shortly after she starts to.

I'm in the same boat with mine! I'm also 30+3. As they get bigger they have less room to move. As long as you still feel them you should generally be okay. Mine freaks me out sometimes, she will go all day without moving and when I lay down she starts to. My OB told me that I will feel less kicks and more rolling motions as she has less and less room.
