Did iron suppliments make you nauseous?
My buddy is already in starvation mode, but I also just found out I'm anemic and the iron pills are making me really nauseous. Any suggestions?

I take them after my meal and my doctor suggested I take them with orange juice. I haven't gotten sick form taking them
You should take them with food. Those pills alone with just water will make you feel sick.
