Very LIGHT cramping, 5 weeks pregnant. Normal?

This last week was supposed to be my period week, I spotted lightly for three days and it was done. Afterwords I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. I've had very light cramping and it happens about 2 times a day lasting only seconds. Is this normal? I was reading posts online and everyone says it's completely normal in your early pregnancy because your body is recognizing that you are pregnant and the cramps are like "side effects". This is my first pregnancy and I'm so worried about everything!

I had cramping all of my first trimester it was one ofthe reasons I ddidn't think I was pregnant it felt like my period was coming

Yes it's very normal I cramp and spotted up to my 10th week I ran to the hospital everytime for them to tell me the same things . Sometime that's just apart of the changes your body goes thru

It is very normal to have cramping...it'll start to fade but it does happen on and off.your body is shifting itself around making room for your baby...If there is unbearable pain or blood is when you should speak to your doctor...trust your body you'll know if something is wrong
