Working Out

Is it safe to start working out when pregnant? I want to run and do squats. I was in gymnastics before getting pregnant so all my muscle went away and I look anorexic. What exercises should I start with? I'm 19 weeks

My doctor said it's okay just don't run more than 2 miles.

Walking instead of running and squats without weights are ok

You can do a lot of walking squats are actually recommended, will help you when giving birth. I don't think running us a good idea

Don't run you have a baby inside u! walking is the best way and I do yoga its really a good workout and helps me work on breathing

If you were active before pregnancy then yes if not no but it's okay to walk
