Hey moms to be. This is my first time expecting a baby and I will be 8 weeks tomorrow. I have yet to discuss with my doctor if its okay to workout during your first trimester. I was just curious if any moms out there work out or no anything about working out while your pregnant. I used to go to the gym almost everyday but since ive found out i am expecti g i stopped because I didn't know if it would cause me to mischarge or do any harm to my baby. Can anyone help me out?
